Steven is the CEO and global director of business development for KIWA®, bringing with him over a decade of international sales and account management experience. Steven has spent the last 20 years dedicated to building a global wellness company – Les Mills International. During that time, the company grew from a small start-up to a 100 million-dollar business with a presence in over 100 countries. He has also held a variety of senior roles, including serving as a Board Member and Chief Executive of Les Mills West Coast and the company’s Global Sales Director.
Steven is now dedicated to establishing VoiceQ as the premier global solution for the post production audio industry

Jill is the Chair of our Board of Directors, bringing with her over a decade of senior level management experience. Jill spent 9 years as the CEO of global fitness company Les Mills International, which she led through a period of rapid growth, bringing its fitness programmes to 15,000 health clubs in 80 countries. Prior to this, she worked as a Mayoral Office manager, a Manager of Democracy Services in the UK, and as the Executive Officer for New Zealand’s Commerce Commission and Department of Trade and Industry.
Education has always been a big part of her life, having started out as a secondary school teacher in New Zealand and the UK, and currently also serving on the Council of one of New Zealand’s leading technology institutes.
Yoon Ho Lim

Kiwa’s lead developer Yoon Ho brings with him a wealth of software production experience, as well as a masters degree in computer science. His main role at Kiwa is to oversee the production of the tools we use to create VoiceQ. His interests include game development, movies, animation, and tokukatsu (Japanese monster movies).
Audio Production Manager & Software Specialist

Jordan started with Kiwa in October 2009, and since then has been involved in the evolution of the company from TV production house to digital publisher. His strengths lie in audio engineering and producing, and he has advanced skills in Pro Tools and audio editing software. He trained at AUT Business School from 2008 and most recently qualified with a Bachelor of Māori Media at Te Ara Poutama.
In 2007 the Hollywood Post Alliance trade association honored VoiceQ with the 2007 Special Recognition Award for Excellence in Engineering.
